“The secrets to your future are hidden in your daily morning routine.”

How I start my morning determines the course of my entire day. It’s important to me to consume something energizing and uplifting!

If you’re a fan of green tea matcha, you will LOVE this recipe because it elevates a simple latte into something sweeter, more refreshing and full of delicious nutrients. If you are not familiar with matcha drinks, get ready to fall for something new.

These instructions help you create a warm dairy-free matcha latte but you can also chill it with ice prior to drinking it if you prefer iced beverages in the morning.

Be prepared to start skipping coffee because this is going to be your brand new obsession!

What you’ll need:

This drink is super simple and helps me eliminate the post-lunch energy slump I used to get when drinking regular coffee. It’s light and refreshing and great for your skin, too.

How to make my morning Matcha:

In your 16oz cup, add 1/4 of steaming hot water, your scoop of organic jade Matcha, your Collagen powder and your Rose powder. Use your drink frother to mix together.

Fill the rest of your cup with oat milk and mix with your frother. (You can heat your Oat milk on the stove before adding or add cold if you plan on chilling your beverage!)

Let cool (or add ice cubes to chill!) and serve.

QUEEN CARE: Feeling next-level? Want an extra-special unique drink? Add a single drop of doTERRA Lavender to make this drink extra royal. ANother of my favorites is Cardamom essential oil (or Rose, if you’re feeling extra fancy).

Once you start making a morning Matcha, you’ll never want coffee again…and you’ll never need it. I hope you try this recipe and let me know what you think!
